- Dry Van Truckload Shipments (some LTL, but driver does not load)

$1.33 per mile (base pay + addl. comp.) + fuel surcharge. See below for a few estimated per-mile pay examples, based on what the national average pump price for diesel may be.

Avg. pump price -> FSC (+ base pay & addl. comp) = Estimated Driver Pay

$4.75 -> $.62 = $1.95 per mile

$5.25 -> $.71 = $2.04 per mile

$5.75 -> $.81 = $2.14 per mile
