CDL Class A Company Driver to run Local Pick-Up and Delivery in and around Brisbane, CA.
Salary: ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬$24.00 / hour + Full Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday. Flexible but dependable hours based on freight volume. Shifts average 8 - 10 hours / day running local pick-up and delivery routes. Start times will be between 7 PM – 8 PM. Home daily! Call for more details.

Job Description:
Forward Air Transportation Services is looking for capable and dedicated individuals to work in our operation as a Tractor Trailer Class A Company Driver. Our Local Drivers must possess a valid Class A CDL, and be willing and able to load, unload, and scan freight. Some forklift driving and dock work may be required as needed. Qualified candidates must be able to lift, pull, push, and carry freight up to 90 lbs.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
• Daily delivery of our customers freight in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Provide superior customer service
• Assist dock operations with the loading/unloading of freight
• Maintain logs (Electronic or paper), not required for non-DOT regulated equipment
• Conduct Pre-trip inspections and monitor vehicle performance to ensure safe operation
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule- Hours vary based on shift and freight volumes; Home Daily
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Class A CDL required
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Previous Driving Experience: 12 months in the past 3 years and/or 24 months in the past 5 years
• No more than 2 violations on MVR for past 36 months
• Haz-Mat Endorsement is preferred, not required
• Must adhere to all DOT requirements (Including drug screen & physical)
• All applicants are subject to a criminal background investigation
